NW Winter Challenge End of Challenge FAQ 2019
When will the results be final?
It is crucial that you log for final entries as soon as possible. Remember that you have four days after a run/walk to log it, so the last possible day to log anything is 11:59 PM on Monday, February 4. At midnight, February 5, we will consider the results complete. Please do not record any runs for February in the January Challenge it will mess with the results and with Overtime.
When will I receive my shirt, sweatshirt and/or medal?
- Medals: You can pick-up your medals at SHOES-n-FEET, starting Friday, February 1. If you elected to have your medal shipped to you, we will mail out shirts/sweatshirts and medals as soon as we have shirts/sweatshirts printed on or around February 16. Therefore, you should expect your mailed medals in the 3rd week of February if you elected to have it mailed.
- Shirts/Sweatshirts: We anticipate having all the shirts and sweatshirts printed on or around February 16. We will have a t-shirt/sweatshirt pick-up event at Chainline Brewing Company in Kirkland on Saturday, February 16 at 5 PM. If you cannot attend the event, we will have shirts and sweatshirts available to pick-up at SHOES-n-FEET starting Monday, February 18. If you elected to mail your shirts that process will also start on February 18. Expect to receive shirts and sweatshirts in the mail the 3rd week of February.
When will awards go out?
We will announce and hand out awards at the February 16 event. If you cannot attend the event, we will mail you your award. Award categories are listed here.
How do I make sure my name will be on the shirt?
Remember, the qualification for getting your name on the shirt is to have logged at least one mile each day outside. Please verify that you are on the Winter Warrior list by tapping or clicking on "Leaderboard" from the profile page, and then tapping or clicking on the word "Overall" to bring up the drop-down list. From the drop-down list select "Winter Warrior." You may also verify your status by noting that you have a small blue ribbon attached to your Gold, Silver or Bronze ribbon. Please also check the spelling of your name. Email corrections for spelling to firstname.lastname@example.org.
I'm sending the final list to the printer at NOON on TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 5, 2019. NO CHANGES OR ADDITIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER NOON ON FEBRUARY 5, 2019.
What do I do if I see errors in my log?
If you find problems with your entries, or cannot log an entry for a day, the correct email address to use is email@example.com - that is the help desk for RaceMenu. Include the following information:
- Indoor vs outdoor
- Whether you logged using the RaceDay website or the iOS app
Thanks, and enjoy your first day off! OR if you are participating in Overtime! See you February 1 with your first entry for Overtime!
