Cork, leather, a buckle or two, a simple idea that’s made feet happy for over two hundred years—that’s the original Birkenstock made in Germany since 1774.

The Birkenstock look has been described as a lot of different ways, but perhaps the most accurate description is “anatomically correct.” The footbed mimics the shape of a healthy human foot; as you walk, the shoe molds to your foot, adding to the comfort and even helping to relieve foot pain.
