Shipping policy

Orders for in-stock items received on business days before 10:00 AM PT will typically ship the same day. All other orders for in-stock items will ship on the next business day.

While we strive to keep our inventory 100% up-to-date, if an ordered product cannot be shipped in a timely manner for any reason a SHOES-n-FEET representative will begin in contact to resolve the problem.

We ship order through the following carriers, depending on shipping addresses: USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Please note we ship from Bellevue, Washington.
