Help! My orthotics are irritating my feet but I don't want to wear socks!

Now that the warm weather is here, I've been wearing my orthotics in my sandals. The sandals have a wedge heel and enough straps to keep the orthotics in place. However, my arches seem to rub up against the side of the orthotics and are becoming irritated. Is there something I can put on the orthotic? Actually, even in a closed shoe I have this problem. I realize it's from not wearing socks because I don't notice this in the colder months. Any recommendations would be helpful. Thank you. - Lisa More posts
