Meet Be You Training Program Runner Allen Bailey
Allen first joined Be You in the Fall of 2019, participating in the Wednesday night group. Accomplishments on his running resume, not limited to the group, consisting of 5Ks, 10Ks, 15Ks, and half marathons, and so you could guess Allen wanted to join because he loves to run! But also because after recovering from an injury two years ago, he wanted a training program that would help him ease back into his running journey.
